2007 Award Ceremony
The 7th presentation of the Nuremberg International Human Rights Award took place on Sunday, September 30, 2007 at 11 p.m. in Nuremberg Opera House.
The 2007 International Human Rights Award honoured Eugénie Musayidire for her reconciliation work between the two enemy tribes, the Hutu and the Tutsi in Rwanda.
Bruno Schnell, editor and publisher of the daily newspaper Nürnberger Nachrichten and Nürnberger Zeitung donated the award money.
