The Central Contact Point Migration (ZAM) counselling service is a joint facility of the City of Nuremberg and welfare organisations. The counselling is independent of residence status or accommodation type.

Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., in the afternoon by appointment.
ZAM counselling offers advice, support and information for people with a history of migration.
In addition to telephone and written counselling, we also offer online and face-to-face counselling.
Counselling appointments can also be arranged in the afternoon. Give us a call!
