Integreat is a digital platform that provides new immigrants with all relevant information about life in Nuremberg in multiple languages at a municipal level.
It provides the addresses of various contact points as well as many valuable tips for life in the city.
Integreat covers the following topics, for example:
- Health: visits to the doctor, medication, advice centres
- Family: schools and daycare centres
- Learning: language courses for refugees, studying, training
- Everyday life: job, mobile phone contract, employment agency
- Administration: Offices, authorities and other contact points
- Leisure and cultural activities
- Emergency numbers.
Integreat is local, free of charge and is currently available in German, English, French, Arabic, Farsi, Russian, Ukrainian and Amharic.
Once downloaded, it also works offline on all common smartphones.
How does the app work?
You can easily download Integreat for your smartphone. Once the app is installed, select your language and the city for which you require information. You can then use the app to its full extent free of charge. Of course, you can also access the service on your computer or laptop by visiting the Integreat website.
