Nuremberg has over 40 years of experience in the field of integration and intercultural work.
Integration policy is seen as a cross-sectional task that affects all areas of municipal action in the long term and must be taken into account by all departments and offices of the city in their work.
All citizens should have equal opportunities and be able to participate equally in all services and offers in public life.
The aims of the conference series are to:
- to take stock of Nuremberg's integration policy,
- to discuss the need for action and future prospects in dialogue with the members of the various committees of the Nuremberg Integration Network and other committed stakeholders,
- to sensitise the public to the issues of integration, intercultural openness and diversity,
- to create transparency about the integration work and integration policy of the City of Nuremberg,
